Alan has extensive experience in all aspects of the law - Family/Defacto, Estate Planning, Probate, Dispute Resolution, Property and Small Business Law.

With 30 years experience as an Accredited Family Law Specialist Alan has a very deep understanding of all matters relating to Family/Defacto Law. 

Alan is committed to resolving issues, out of Court in a timely and cost effective basis, and will only recommend the commencement of Court proceedings, after alternative dispute resolution procedures have been explored.

Prior to Calvin Nelson, Alan worked at various District and Local Courts and his roles provided him with intimate knowledge and experience of Court procedures.
